About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in IT support, systems management, and software testing within a fast-paced automation and AI environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems

• Support the IT team in day-to-day operations and technical tasks

• Help test, deploy, and document software tools and platforms

• Respond to internal user support requests and provide solutions

• Learn about systems integration and cloud-based solutions

• Participate in internal projects, offering fresh perspectives and improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and IT troubleshooting

• Familiar with tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive environment

• A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
